Cleaned out the soap dispenser container and made adjustments to the soap dispenser door to help the door open and close properly. Also found that the wash motor is not spraying water up properly. Removed the bottom panel and found the unit having a bad connection on the bottom side of the unit. Re-ran some of the wires to help get correct voltage and connection. All checks good."

"Inspected the unit and found the front panel was pulled away from the frame of the dryer and the drum was not sitting in there properly. Had to reinstall the dryer panel and reset the drum so I could start a cycle. After getting the unit reassembled tried starting a cycle in the unit would not start, and found that the dryer timer was faulty and not responding. Called and talked to Lou and informed them of the cost of the repair and the issues it was having and the conditions it was in. They did not want to proceed further with the repairs."

Cut the end of the line off hooked up the new connection and ran a test cycle. Found some water leaking from the dispenser coming into the washer due to calcium buildup. Clean the calcium off and ran a test cycle. All checks good.

Inspected the unit and found the back wall of the freezer completely covered in about an inch of frost. Found that the bottom door gasket was not sealing properly and the door switch was getting stuck due to what looks like food or a sticky substance getting on it. Cleaned the door switch off and made adjustments to the door gasket. Cleaned as much ice and frost out as possible. Advise the customer to completely defrost the unit to help any ice or frost in the drain line. All checks good.
