Unit is destroying towels. Called LG Techline spoke to mark. Explain to Techline nothing else is snagging just the towel. Tech has pictures of the towels. Did not find any sharp burrs anywhere in the washer. Washer plate is tight and no debris is between the wash plate and spin basket. Case # tcc210908537996

Customer states that water from the dispenser is warm. Ran water dispenser to test temperature. Temp is 73 degrees. Unit does not have a chilling loop or reservoir. Water temp in sink next to fridge is the same. Cold water supply is cause of issue. Advised customer that nothing is wrong with the unit. Advised customer that unit doesnt have a cooling loop or reservoir and water temp is from supply.

"Customer states that unit is showing water tap, beeping and e14 error. E14 is a water flow error. Unit has water and screen is clear. Unit is filling but not being sensed. Wheel in flow sensor is not moving. Its blocked with scale. Cleaned out siphon break and ran to test. Unit is sensing water flow fine. All ok."

Customer states that unit is leaking water from underneath. Seeing water from the right front. No water on floor currently. Inspected freezer and fresh food section for signs of clogged defrost drain. None present. No ice or water build up. Door is sealing properly. Pulled unit and inspected drain tubes and pan. No leaks from pan. It held 2 cups of water with no leaks. Drain tube is clear. Ran dispenser to test. No leaks from valve. No leaks from dual valve or filter. Unable to duplicate leak. Advised customer to monitor and call in when leak reappears.
