"Customer stated this refrigerator always builds up frost in the freezer section. Inspected unit and found large gapping in between the outer and inner liners. Sealed liners with food grade sealant. Due to the ice dispenser and bucket being in the freezer door, the constant frost and ice build up has taken out the auger motor. Ordering auger motor. ; ordrng 1 W10271509 (Auger motor)"

Checked unit over found that the refrigerator was not cooling at all. Found that the freezer fan was frozen up due to the door not being closed all the way. Instructed customer to defrost for 24 hours and then plug back in and let it cool down for 24 hours they should take care of their issues and be sure to close the door all the way. If for some reason the unit does not start cooling after 24 hours it will need sealed system work

Unstacked dryer. Replaced drain pump and drain hose. Made sure there was no debris down inside the hose connecting to the drain pump. Put unit into a drain and spin and it drained the water out with no issues and went through a spin cycle. Unit checks OK

Customer states that unit is frosted over again and not cooling in fresh food section. Found evaporator frosted over. Thawed evaporator cover and removed. Found connection at thermistor loose and showing open on the control. Test thermistor and it is open. Replaced thermistor. Advised customer to unplug to finish thawing out the evaporator.

Installed new adjusters and upper rack works fine. All ok.

"Inspected unit and found the basket tumbling, replaced element, but no airflow getting outside the home at the exterior vent. Advised the customer they need their vent lines professionally cleaned. All other checks ok."

"Customer complaint was of a blinking light and the unit not responding after running for about 20 minutes and that the soap dispenser was not opening. Inspected the unit and ran a diagnostic test cycle, and a quick wash cycle, and auto wash cycle. Found an error code for low water flow from the drain pump. Cleared error code. During the quick wash cycle the unit filled with water, washed, drained, opened the soap dispenser, refilled with water and started washing again. During the Auto wash cycle the unit filled with water, washed, drained, opened the soap dispenser, refilled with water and started washing again. The drain flow for the unit and line is fine. Possible food or gunk buildup caused previous error code. The drain line runs directly to the drain piping from the sink and not a garbage disposal so a backup in the line can cause the low flow error. Tech recommends to place soap pods on the bottom of the basket for the most consistent wash cycle as it is common for the soap dispenser to get hung up and open late or not open at all. Soap dispenser was replaced earlier this year and working properly, (opens after second wash cycle). Tech found no leaks, lights beeping, or any other issues. All checks ok."

Inspected the unit and found a large amount of gunk and detergent around the bellow and door and a large amount of suds in the basket. Cleared bellow and door off. And ran a test cycle and found no leaks. Advised them to use cleaning tablets to clean the unit on a regular basis. All checks ok.

Inspected the unit and found the drain pump making a loud rattling noise and not pumping out any water. Provide an estimate to the customer. Customer already had drain pump at the location. Installed parts and ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a leak in the sealed system and a partial frost pattern on the evaporator. Compressor pulling correct amps and turning on and off as it should. The unit is 17 years old and located in the garage. Called AHS and provided them with the diagnoses and recommended they replace the unit. AHS stated their contract does not cover standalone freezers. AHS to contact the customer.

Inspected unit and found the door gasket not aligned properly. Made adjustments to the door gasket so that way the door can close properly. Customer still complained that the fresh food door will not close on its own. I advise the customer due to the design of the unit and the inability to raise the front legs that there was nothing else that I could do as this is simply the design. All checks Ok

Called Bosch tech line and spoke with Greg. Greg advised me the door alarm will go off at the two minute mark and there is no way to make the alarm go off at an earlier time or change the volume on it. He did recommend the customer using the app to monitor temperatures and they could turn your notifications up louder on the door opening and be notified that way. Provide the information to the customer. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found neither the bake or broil element in the lower oven kicking on and receiving voltage from the control board. Found the control board no longer available from the manufacturer. part #00686561q

Inspected the unit and found the average temp in the fresh food section at 35 degrees and 0 degrees in the freezer section. Reset the defrost heater to a basic 8 hour defrost and reset the control board. All checks ok.

"Inspected the unit and found the upper sprayarm manifold damaged and not circulating water on the upper level. Ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water, washed, and drained. The damage is not normal wear and tear. Provided auth request for parts from AHS. AHS to contact customer concerning contract."

Heard start device just clicking. Installed new start device and compressor kicked back on. If unit does not start cooling unit will need a compressor. ; used 1 W10189190 (Start device) from stock

Installed new condenser fan and ice room door test OK

Customer states unit makes a squeal noise in agitation and noticed water under unit. Noise is coming from the belt. It is slipping. Replaced belt and cleaned up pulleys. Ran to test. No more belt noise. Unable to duplicate concern of leak. No signs of leaks and no leaks in test. All ok.

Customer states that unit wont spin and wont advance. Unit has 3e error. Locked rotor error. Tub spins freely by hand. Removed back panel and inspected motor and hall sensor. No loose connections and both test good. No loose connections at control. Reset control and ran spin to test. Unit is now spinning up to full speed. Started quick wash to test. Unit is advancing on with no issues. Advised customer to use machine and if problem reoccurs it will need the inverter board replaced.

Installed main control and user interface. Ran unit in spin to test. Unit is functioning as it should. All ok. Voltage to unit is good and outlet is properly grounded.

Customer states that unit takes several cycles to dry. Has tried auto and time dry with same results. Pulled unit to inspect vent. Vent is clear as far as I can see. Ran unit in time dry high heat to test temperature. Unit is getting to 150 on high and cycling off. Replaced cycling thermostat and ran to test. Temps are within spec now. Advised customer to have vent cleaned. They cannot recall when it was done.

Installed new control panel and verified operation. Unit operates as it should. Damage is from screw head contacting console. Unit is as low as possible and it is barely rubbing the screw. Mount bracket flexs and needs adjusted by contractor. Advised customer.

Customer states unit wont tumble. Unit has correct voltage to it. Found blower housing thermal fuse shorted open causing no start. Replaced fuse and cleared lint from blower housing. Lint caused back up of heat. Unit is tumbling and heating as it should. All ok.

Customer states that upper rack is sagging and a plastic piece came off. Inspected unit and found upper rack adjuster broken and missing wheel. Replaced adjuster with update kit and rail stops. Ran diagnostics to test. All ok. No errors and unit operates as it should. Please mail out receipt.

Customer stated that they noticed a leak from under and behind unit. Large amount of water. Inspected unit and found no obvious signs of leak. Ran to test. No leaks from machine. House drain is sluggish and spills over. Larger load causes a larger leak. Advised customer to have plumber clear the line.

Customer states that unit is loud in spin and moves a lot. No error codes present. Unit is level. Ran spin to test. No abnormal noises in spin. Unit spins smooth. Advised customer on loading and cycle selection to improve performance.

"Inspected the unit and found lint builtup in the vent line and cleared the moisture sensors. Ran a test cycle and found the unit heating on low, medium, and high. I advised the customer that the newer energy efficient unit run the heating element for a much shorter time period than older units and showed the customer how to clean the sensors and advised to run the cycle on timed dry for a better dry cycle. All checks ok."

Inspected unit and found the evaporator cover had ice on it and the drain line frozen. During the defrost cycle the ice would run over the drain pan and into the flex store. Tested the water valve and filter and found no leaks. Cleared ice from drain line and installed small heater adapter along with covering small cracks behind the evaporator with permagum. Cleared up ice and water. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found it filled with water and the drain pump running. The unit had overfilled due to drain plug still being in place on the garbage disposal. Removed drain plug and drained out the dishwasher. Powered the unit off and advised them to leave the unit off for 48 hours to allow the drain base to dry out and shut off the water sensor. All checks ok.

Inspected unit and found an article of clothing stuck in the blower housing reel. Installed support wheels and Removed clothing and ran a test cycle. All checks OK
