F0E3 overload, F8E1 long fill, F7E9 locked rotor codes present. Unit is filling fine through test mode, nothing blocking screens. Control isnt sensing water flow intermittently causing LF error. Noise is coming from the gearcase. The drive shaft has large amount of end play causing it to bind up at times and squeak. Banging sound is from tub hitting the sides. Customer noticed unit is leaking water during the rinse cycle, found that when the unit spun out main wash cycle it was causing the tub to tilt forward and rinse water was not able to enter the basket. Adjusted wash basket so that it will stay centered in the cabinet. Unit is filling properly in the rinse cycle. If theres any more service needed on this washer due to the tub movement no further recommendations can be made nor adjustments. The cabinet of the washer is in poor condition and isnt going to withstand any more adjustments due to the conditions.

"Inspected the unit and ran a normal load test cycle in the unit filled with both hot and cold water, washed, drained, and spun on low, medium and high. Customer stated when running bedding on heavy duty unit was overfilling. While running the test cycle I found a large amount of soap suds buildup in the unit. I showed this to the customer and advise them that excessive soap suds can mess with the sensors and the unit not be able to determine how much water is in the unit. I advise the customer to use cleaning tablets on a regular basis. Tested the hot and cold water valves and they both open and close properly. Ran a test and found the pressure sensor functioning properly and turning off when the unit was filled to the correct amount of water. I advise the customer on heavy loads if there is blockage in the drain line it can cause the drain line to back up. All checks OK, unit functioning properly at this time."

Upon arrival customer stated that unit makes a rubbing noise but heats and tumbles fine. Ran to test. Noise is coming from blower housing. Disassembled unit to inspect and found string and pieces of clothes behind blower wheel. They're getting past the lint screen. Screen in unit is not original and has damaged cover. Unit needs lint screen and cover to prevent more clothes from getting behind blower wheel. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DC63-00675A (Filter cover) and 1 DC61-01521A (Lint screen)
