Upon inspection turned on both left and right front burners to low inner ring only. Measured temps with infrared gun. Then proceeded to check at medium setting then high. Then proceeded to check both elements on. Cooktop is working and regulating heat as it should. Explained to customer when using either inner or both elements on each burner. Customer had put a frying pan on high then on medium for frying some meat in skillet. Explained it will take some time for that to cool off from being on high. Customer just needs to adjust properly settings on cooktop for what she is preparing. These elements get hot very quickly. Unit checks ok.
