"Original diagnosis found a faulty door switch, and the safety fuse on the back of the unit had tripped/blown. Ordered new door switches and fuse. Pulled the unit and installed new door switches and fuse in the unit powered up and responded without issues. Reinstalled the unit into the counter/cabinet and ran a test cycle and around no issues. upon running a second test cycle the unit blew the fuse again and the unit went dead. Unable to determine what is causing the unit to blow the fuse. Advised the customer to have the factory service team out for further evaluation."

Checked out the unit and found ice built-up on the bottom of the freezer and water coming from the defroster. Reset the controls and recalibrated the defroster. Advised the customer to have it defrosted for 48 hours to help melt the ice that has buildup inside the drain tube. Checks OK
