Upon arrival ran diagnostics to test for errors. Unit showed lf and f8e1. Lf and f8e1 are low water flow into unit. Valve has power but no water flowing. Found shut off valve at wall off. Opened up and unit began to fill. Customer also stated that unit doesn’t always drain. Ran unit in rinse and spin to test. Unit drained out fine. Pulled pump filter to check for intermittent blockages and found change and other items in filter. Cleared and reinstalled. Test pump resistance and it’s within spec of 12.4 ohms. Ran unit again to test. Unit fills and drains fine. All ok.

Also water on freezer bottom, probably from clogged drain. Found IM arm in upright or off position on unit. Customers just moved into home recently, claimed it never made ice but was not aware of shutoff arm. Removed freezer door, removed ice, used steamer to clean out drain. Use vacuum to clean out behind and condenser coils. Removed drain tube end and cleaned. Continued to steam out remaining ice and that the drain is clear. Assembled unit, door is closing properly. "Ran unit again in time dry, checked to make sure we have good airflow coming out of home. Proceeded to check heat on same setting unit is heating. Since customer claims intermittent heat, went ahead and replaced with new heating assembly with new thermostat and cutoff. Upon testing out timer some more, unit seems to be sporadic on when it will start vs. position on the timer. Removed and checked knob multiple times, knob seems secure and not slipping position. Called techline talked to Dean gave him all the details, he said to go ahead and replace the timer and knob both again. Customer claims that if setting on timed dry for 50 mins it will get to energy saver and just turn off. And by manually advancing timer it does do this but you can not just push to start again you have to advance it slightly then it will start. Idk ordering new parts.
