"Upon arrival unit was showing i10 error. Water tap closed error. Ran unit in diagnostics and found i11, and iF0 error. iF0 is a water level error. Ran unit in line test and it went through with no issues. Filled, washed, and drained fine. Ran normal cycle to test. This is the most used cycle and is when noise and error occur. In normal cycle unit barely filled with water. Checked and found good pressure to water valve and nothing blocking screen. Nothing blocking pressure switch either. Removed and replaced valve. Ran unit to test and it fills to a normal level now. Could not duplicate noise. Suspect water valve was sticking and vibrating."

"Upon arrival found unit plugged in but no compressor or condenser fan operation. Evaporator fan was running. Checked for voltage to compressor and didn’t have proper voltage. Put unit into forced mode and compressor and condenser fan come on and run. Unplugged unit and reset. Plugged unit in and compressor, condenser fan, and evaporator fan came on. Let unit run to check frost pattern. Unit is also has dim segments on U/I. Unit is developing a good frost pattern. Unit needs main control and U/I. ; ordrng 1 242058232 (user interface) and 1 5304498781 (board-main power)"

"Upon arrival unit is not dispensing ice. Unit is getting voltage to auger and is trying but ice bucket is probably full and is frozen in place. Tried over an hour between steamer and hair dryer could not get bucket out for inspection. This is a 2019 model and is not on the bulletin, so until I can at least inspect fill tube i’ll have to call samsung and see what else they want me to do as this unit should have all new parts. Customer will unplug and let thaw at their convenience and call back in to get on schedule.; saved tckt"
