Nothing blocking filter and it had minimal water in it. Forced unit to drain and pump is coming on and impeller is moving. Ran rinse and spin to test. Recirculating pump is not operating. It is noisy and not moving water. Forced unit into drain and pump is moving water well and draining out fully. Unable to duplicate concern of not draining. Customer to use unit and if problem reoccurs well come back with both pumps.

"Inspected unit and found water underneath. Pulled the unit out and found the insulation on the back of the unit had failed and condensation and moisture was building up along the back of the unit and dripping onto the ground running everywhere. The surrounding cabinets, drywall, and floor have been damaged due to the water. Photos taken of the failed insulation on the unit and along with the damage to the property, photo sent to the customer. The defect to the unit has caused damage to the customers property. Advised the customer to contact Samsung with the information and advise them that the defect in the unit has damage their property and attempt to get the unit replaced or a settlement for the damage. Placed several towels over top the area where the insulation is failed in order to absorb the moisture in water and prevent it from leaking onto the floor. Customer going to contact Samsung. The defect is non-repairable. I advised the customer to get the unit out of the house as quickly as possible to prevent continuing damage to the home."

"Customer states that unit wont fill. No leaks. Put unit into diagnostics. F7E5 shifter error, F0E5 off balance error, F2E1 stuck button error present. Forced water valves on and all function as they should. Ran to test and unit wont shift to spin. Clutch is getting voltage but wont move. Attempted to remove rotor but it is seized to shaft. Will need to break rotor to remove. Unit has had a small leak from the tub seal. Seal leak causes clutch to lock up. Unit needs clutch, clutch slider, rotor, transmission, and wash plate. ; rqstng P&A on 1 W10752283 (Wash plate) and 1 W11455453 (Transmission) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch assembly) and 1 W10754161 (Rotor) and 1 W10734521 (Clutch slider)"

The left front is a dual element sometimes customers get confused because when turning either left or right starts out at high where as the rest go low to high in one direction. Upon inspection of main front right burner, noticed black soot as the switch is arcing when turned on. Checked unit over found that the unit had passed all diagnostics test and was filling with the proper ambit of water and is agitating properly. Agitator is not loose or stripped. There is nothing that we can change to help with her washing issues. No error codes stored in regards to cleaning or washing.
