Remove the vent filter and could find no issues with the blower wheel or housing. Ran a test cycle on empty and found no issues or abnormal sounds. Ran a test cycle with several large towels inside the drum and still found no issues or abnormal sounds. I advise the customer if the issue returns they will need to video record it and send it to us we have an idea of where the issue is. All checks OK"
