No loose connections at board or signs of shorts. Customer states that after turning selector for rinse setting a few times it worked for one load. Potentially shorted switch. Ran quick wash cycle to test with 1 rinse option selected. Advanced on fine but did start a second full rinse. Not a spray rinse.
