"Upon arrival customer stated that unit is leaving clothes wet when using steam setting. Not damp but wet. Entered diagnostics to test functions and checked for errors. F4E3 restricted air flow, F2E1 stuck button, F4E4 line 2 voltage error, F4E2 heater 2 failure codes present. Unit has proper voltage to it. Steam valve is operating as it should. Its not sticking open or staying on. Unit was disconnected from vent when I arrived and passed the air flow test fine. Reconnected vent and ran air flow test again. Air flow decreased with vent hooked up. Issue is with vent. Advised customer to replace vent."

Checked unit over found that the motor would not spin in the spray, and is completely plugged up with hard water buildup. Unit needs a new motor and new lower spray arm. Found that the motor had water dripping on it from around the heater assembly. Attempted to tighten up heater nuts if unit continues to leak. Unit needs outer tub due to holes for the heater not sealing up. Unit is about 15 years old in the kitchen and its black. Tub is not a serviceable part.; rqstng P&A on 1 WD26X10044 (Motor) and 1 WD22X10047 (Spray arm) and 1 #### (Tub assembly(not servicable))

Upon arrival found unit with frost build up on the evaporator cover. Accessed diagnostics and forced defrost heater on and watched temperature for increase. Temperature did increase by 6 degrees in 5 minutes. Evaporator thermistor isnt showing open but is not in spec. Unit needs evaporator thermistor and main control. Advised customer to unplug unit 24 hours prior to return visit. ; ordrng 1 5303918776 (Evaporator thermistor) and 1 5304510307 (Control)

Upon arrival customer stated that unit is leaking from the rear and the freezer door isnt closing all the way on the bottom. Leak is coming from the defrost drain pan. The pan was out of place and when unit defrosted it dripped past the pan. Secured pan in place and cleared defrost tube. Door isnt closing fully because it is warped. Unit is level left to right and has a slight tilt to the rear. Cam closer is in good shape. No damage to hinges. Freezer door needs replaced. Door is no longer available. "Unit is freezing up on back wall. Customer used hairdryer to melt (which we do not recommend), then proceeded to tape some foam to back wall. Customer is aware of the situation and will eventually have to buy a new unit soon. As for the icemaker the thermistor was dangling from tray and the tray has a crack, showed customer. Ordering new icemaker do not have on truck stock. ; used 1 243297613 (Icemaker) from stock"
