"Disassemble dryer and ensure the interior vent was completely cleaned and everything was functioning properly. Unit was collecting moisture in the dryer even when it was not being used. I believe they have an exterior vent opening that is allowing warm air into the dryer and it doesnt help that the apartment is set at about 65?. "Inspected the unit and found grease leaking from the gear case on the underside of the unit. After running a spin cycle you could hear a loud rumbling noise coming from the gear case. Water and grease has leaked onto the stater and clutch. Attempted to remove the wash plate, but the bolt was seized onto the gear case. Advised the customer they would need a complete tub rebuild, including the outer tub and inner basket, gear case and motor assembly on the underside, along with a new agitator. The unit is eight years old and located in the basement. Not a recommended repair due to extensiveness of repair and risk of continuing issues. Customer declined repair at this time."

Inspected the unit and found a door switch stuck and tripping the breaker. Adjusted switch and ran 2 test cycles. All checks ok. The fan will intermittently run on these new Frigidaire microwaves if they detect warmer temps or moisture. Normal for this design.

"Inspected the unit and found the rear passive vent on the back of the tub assembly partially blocked and causing an overflow and running the clean washer cycle. Cleared debris and the customer was going to run multiple cycles to see if that resolve the issue if it did not the tub assembly would need to be replaced out. Customer will contact us if the issue continues."

"Inspected the unit and found the round plastic stud on the right side of the base broke, this supports the spring and rope connection as a pivot point to the door hinge. Multiple stress cracks around the plastic stud and base. Tech found no signs of neglect towards the unit. Photos attached of damaged base. Customer would need a new base and spring/rope kit for the door. Advised the customer to contact Bosch regarding coverage. Not a recommended repair, tech not sure of the process to replace base. Possible liability for leaks if repaired."

"Inspected unit, found that the middle was spinning but not the drum. I was hardly able to get it to spin by hand. Looked underneath, the belt was good and on the pulley as it should. Ran test cycle, found that the tub had separated from the gear case and the whole gear case needed replaced. Customer declined repair at this time."

"Checked out the unit and found on the inside of the unit there are tiny little snag marks on the inner tub around a couple of the holes on the basket and also has several little scratch. Scuff marks inside the tub. Advise a customer that this can be normal, wearing tear due to different items in the washer. Sending pictures and information to the warranty company. Checks OK"

Checked out the unit and found the unit unbalanced on the front right and teetering back-and-forth going through a spin cycle with no clothes. Leveled out the unit and ran it through another spin cycle. The unit was spinning out and was well balanced. Advised customer over the next couple loads to do smaller loads to help the unit calibrate. Checks OK
