Checked unit over found that the water valves going to the washer were cracked and broken. Customer said the room got cold and everything froze. Just caused the valves to break. I explained to him this is not something that the warranty company would not cover.

"Inspected the unit and the customer was concerned about the door not sealing properly. Activated the door lock on the clean cycle and it locked without issue and the door appear to seal better. Ran a 350 degree convect bake cycle and found no heat escaping around the door. Contacted techline, provided photos. They advised this is due to the door closing against the new gasket and is normal for this design and over time the customer will notice the gasket become more flat and look more flush with the top panel. Small black door stops are the correct size. All other checks ok."
