Test ran through calibration cycle without error. Test ran through diagnostic cycle to self check all components, completed without error. Contacted Whirlpool in regards to suds. Advised to have the customer do a tub clean twice and then run all of the clothing in the house through the washer without soap and then re-clean the tub at least twice to help remove excess soap buildup internally from the time the customer started using the washing machine. There is no fix that can be made to correct the issue for over sudsing other than doing vigorous cleaning cycles on the washing machine"

"Customer states that odor is gone but it makes a rattle sound from the drum when turning by hand and in spin. Noise is coming from the bearings. Tech did not run machine with load when testing after repair. Smell is from the tub dragging the front cover. Spoke with Speed Queen tech line and the noise rotating drum by hand is normal. It is the ball bearings in the balance ring tumbling.
