"Upon inspection found damage to top cover and balance ring. Customer claims unit also moves a couple of inches upon spin cycle. Took pic of top cover and balance ring. Will replace both with spin basket according to speed queen bulletin FB19-1R1. Checked leveling, unit is on a laminate slick floor with full basement underneath. Will check over after replacing parts and load test with towels. All springs were in place.; ordrng 1 203968 (OUTER TUB COVER) and 1 39837 (BALANCE RING) and 1 719P3 (tub wash asm,ss)"

"Customer ice maker not making ice, but inside unit dispenses water. Unit is around 10yrs old. Never had water filter changed, recommended getting a new water filter. Jumpered T and H on IM to make harvest but did not do anything. Door switch was closed. Suspect bad icemaker. Was getting 120v from L and N. As for door seals, are ok some slight wear and tear need to clean some mold mildew off, but no signs of frost and unit cooling ok. Recommend not replacing based on cost, not needed. Customer ok with quote on replacing icemaker.; ordrng 1 D7824706Q (ice maker)"
