Some soap scum and small debris but not enough to block the pump. Cleared filter and reinstalled. Ran diagnostics to test functions. Unit went through diagnostics test with no issues. No error codes either. Ran again with same results. Unable to duplicate concern. Suspect soap scum is getting into pressure switch causing it to misread. Advised customer to use cleaning product.

Called Frigidaire tech line and spoke with them about the issue. They recommend the customer make sure dishes or items are not blocking the door and causing it to open during a cycle which will lead to it timing out and acting as if it done. "Customer got an LC error a couple of weeks ago, then they went on vacation. This stands for a leak. Upon arrival powered on unit at breaker, water had dried up, proceeded to have unit fill, wash for a few, then drain, did this 2x. Noticed quite a bit of soap suds. Proceeded to test again and had yet to get unit to throw a code so no apparent leak issue. Talked to customer about loading of dishes, soap use etc. Again put on express wash, ran another call, called customer so far no problems. Said to just use it and if they have any more issues to call back in. Collected service call."
