Under cooktop there is large amounts of chewed wires, packed bedding, droppings, etc. Removed back cover and found damage to wires from switches to burners, and signs of insects in main control. Unit is not salvageable and we will not repair. Have photos of damage. Unit is 5 years old. Ok for service fee only per Tara."

Upon arrival customer stated that unit will show the D90 error after a few loads. This is an air flow error. Customer cleaned the vent himself recently. Removed front to inspect blower wheel and housing. Wheel is tight and there are no blockages in the machine. Ran unit on timed dry in high heat with vent removed to test temperatures. Unit heats to 165 then cools down to 135 and cycles heat back on. Thermistor tests good at room temperature 9k ohms at 75. Hooked vent back up and ran to test. Unit ran for 5 minutes and began to show D95. Issue is with vent and advised customer to have it cleaned.

Put unit into diagnostics to check for error codes. None found. Ran unit through auto test. Ran through with no issues. Found no loose electrical connections throughout unit. Drain pump is clear and free of debris. Unit was out of level to one side by 1/2”. Unit will have a hard time balancing out the load when it’s this far off. The unit will continue to tumble and extend the cycle to balance out the load. Leveled unit and advised customer to run and monitor. Otherwise I could not duplicate concern.
