"Customer states that unit wont start a cycle and sounds like it is attempting to drain. Unit was unplugged when I arrived. Plugged unit in and no abnormal noises. Entered diagnostics cycle. Found F7E0 loss of power, and F2E1 stuck button error. Voltage at outlet is correct at 122vac. Outlet is properly grounded. Ran diagnostics test cycle. Unit functioned fine in test mode. Removed console to inspect the control board. Found signs of corrosion on the board and power cord. This is why it is giving the voltage loss error. The control is shorting out. No signs of water leaks from the valve. Corrosion is most likely due to moisture in the air. Unit needs control and power cord. ; ordrng 1 W11182868 (Control) and 1 W10859955 (Power cord)"

"Checked unit over found at the back left burner would not heat up at all. Also found that the right rear burner was sparking. Oven door is falling apart, and will not open and close properly. Disassembled the cooktop and found that wires feeding the back right burner were shorted and touching the frame. Repaired wires. Tested burner back right burners now working properly. Found the wires. Feeding the back left burner switch had melted. Cut out and repaired wires. Back left burner is now working properly. Disassembled the oven door and replaced screws that were stripped and missing. adjusted door hinges. Checks OK"
