Checked out the unit and found that the unit would run for a few minutes and then would typically shut the heating element off. Reset the control board and ran a test cycle and the unit was operating correctly. Recalibrated the dryer and also advised the customer to install a vent line on the back of the dryer due to not having one. Checks OK.

The unit was not cooling due to the extent of ice buildup inside the freezer. Advised customer to do a manual defrost for 48 hours to thaw out all of the ice on the back of the freezer. Inspected unit and found the unit making a loud squealing noise when in a high spin. Customer stated she could press on the right side of the lid panel and it would stop the noise. Took front panel off of unit and found the left side front panel clip not sitting in its slot properly. Found the clip also not clipped to the top of the panel properly. Made sure clip was in its proper spot and put front panel back on to make sure noise was gone. All checks ok.
