"Inspected the unit and found the tub out of balance and the drain cycle not draining all the water. Removed the front cover off the washer and adjusted the washer tub springs, and also made adjustments to the agitator bolt that had come loose. Tightened the bolt back down and remove the drain hose off the drain pump and found some coins in the drain pump. Removed the coins and ran a test cycle. The unit drained correctly. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and a calibration cycle, both cycles passed with no issues. All checks good. Called and informed them of the issues and of the estimate. They said to proceed with the repair."
