"Unit is 25 years old in kitchen. Upon arrival customer stated that temperature in freezer fluctuates between -20 and 40. Inspected unit. No frost build up in the freezer, defrost drain is clear, unit is defrosting as well. Compressor and all fans are running. Compressor is drawing 2.1 amps. Thermostat has signs of shorting out. Replaced thermostat and verified unit is running. All ok. Advised customer that temperature will be back to normal in 24 hours."

Inspected the unit and found water sitting in the bottom of the unit. Ran the unit through a drain cycle and it drained without any issues. Confirmed the water was turned on and ran a test cycle. The unit filled with water and activated the wash motor. Motor not pumping water and humming. Tried to turn the unit off and the keypad would not respond. There is a large amount of calcium coating the interior of the unit. Attempted to enter diagnostic and nothing responded. Called customer and provided information. Customer to replace unit.
