Checked unit over and found that the unit was not draining the water out of the dishwasher. The drain pump was running but could barely move any water through the drain hose. Attempted to suck water out through drain hose and could not get any water out of the drain hose. Instructed customer that they needed to have the drain hose replaced or cleaned out and that it would not be covered under warranty because it is not a normal wear and tear. Once she gets the drain hose cleared out if she continues to have issues I told her we would come back out.

"Upon arrival customer stated that unit wont spin and is making a rubbing noise when it does. Ran diagnostics to check for errors. F7E1 basket speed fault, F0E5 off balance errors present. Ran spin test. Basket isnt engaging in spin. Removed wash plate and found drive hub stripped out and drive shaft rusted/worn. This is why unit wont spin and shows speed fault error. Unit needs transmission and drive hub. Due to cost and age of unit customer does not wish to proceed."
