Pulled burner heads and cleared dirt from igniters and burners. Reassembled and ran to test. All burners ignite as they should. Control will need to be replaced to fix issue with missing segments. All functions work. Called property manager and left voicemail. They do not want to repair control at this time. Ok to bill for labor and service fee.

Inspected the unit and found when the turbo cooling was activated the fan in the freezer section would rev up really high for a few seconds and then rev back down. The fan noise during the turbo was noticeable louder. The fan is marked as no longer available. Called tech line and asked them about the fan. They said as long as the unit is still properly cooling this is normal. They are working on a service pointer to try and lower the noise or find another manufacturer for the fan. Called the customer and advised them. Unit cooling and functioning properly.

The unit is 9 years old and located in the kitchen. Called HBW and spoke with Jack, provide a diagnosis issues and cost for repair. I advised him due to the age of the unit and the cost of repair that I do not recommend repair. He advised me they will submit the unit for replacement options and contact the customer."

Upon arrival customer stated that unit shows door on control when trying to preheat and broiler wont come on. Found door switch not closing because it was out of place. Reinstalled door switch and ran to test. Door no longer appears and bake will ignite. Have proper voltage to upper igniter but no amp draw. Igniter does not look shorted open. Unit needs igniter. Installed igniter but it still wont glow. Now voltage to igniter isnt present. Bake igniter works fine and has proper voltage. Unit needs relay board. ; ordrng 1 EBR80595408 (Relay board)

"Unit temperature around 41F in fresh food and 35-37F freezer. Unit was running and compressor was on and warm to touch. unit has possible 2 issues, first unit not to proper temperature in freezer and cooling in general. Second ice room for icemaker needs sealed better also to tape and insulate fill tube. You can see where frost buildup around exterior of ice room. Turned unit off, plugged in amp meter, turned on unit started up pulled as much as 2.5A and dropped down to running at 1.2A continuous even when in quick freeze mode, let run for 10 mins, checked temps in freezer where not dropping, compressor is running as normal. No good frost pattern on evaporator. Unit appears to have a leak in the sealed system. Contacted Chris on the matter. ; ordrng 1 Pseudo (Dye filter)"

Checked unit over and found the unit would not agitate or spin at all. When I was previously here I replaced a lid lock and a control board in the unit agitated and spun with no issues. Filled unit with water and then tested in drain cycle today and unit was pouring water out of the standpipe. Customer said that they had been putting the hose out the window. Checked unit over and found motor and sensors on the bottom of the tub completely shorted out due to water damage. Customer said when the standpipe overflowed the first time it only overflowed for a couple minutes. I spoke with Joe at Aarons and he spoke with Dan. Inform them that this will not be covered by warranty. They do not want it to repair.
