There is an anything we can do to get rid of the rattling noise. Checked unit over found that the transmission had dropped down about a half an inch. And unit was leaking from seal. Tightened up transmission. Unit still has very minor leak did inform customer. The only way to fix this would be to replace the transmission. Customer does not want to do that repair shes just going to use it

Unit will need another motor and there is no guarantee with this need motor that the unit wont start making the noise again with a brand new motor. Unit has been making noise since about a month after she got the dryer. There is no guarantee a new motor will fix this issue permanently and it may come back.
