Tech put floor protection down and when he pulled the unit the gas line was off the shut off valve. tech spent close to 15 minutes trying to put the gas line onto the male end of the nipple. With no success due to either the nipple is stripped or the gas line is stripped or wrong size nipple. Customer is going to call plumber back out or vendor. Canceled out unit. Checked underneath all looks good. Put unit into a spin only mode unit spun without issue. Put unit back into a quick wash with mixed settings and warm water. Unit filled, agitated and drain without issue. Customer claims this unit is only 2 yrs old... was a direct replacement for another servicer had been out on and lowes decided to replace the unit do to high cost of repair. Wash did not get any water to fill, turned water on proceeded to run wash cycle again you can barely hear or see any water coming in.... time runs out, wash motor will run but no water to move. Replaced water valve with truck stock, unit is now washing properly, checked for any leaks none. Unit checks ok.; used 1 807047901 (WATER VALVE) from stock"

Upon arrival customer claims icemaker unit worked sometimes. Customer ordered new icemaker online still not working. Ran diagnostics test 44 was not able to get unit to harvest. Checked ice bucket switch and on off switch for icemaker checked ok. Called tech line ref #7725807093 upon inspection of bottom door jam found 2 or more broken wires and most all remaining are rubbed insolation off. Techline said freezer door would need replaced. Got quote for new door from Shari and verbally talked to customer expensive repair. Showed customer visibly first hand. Customer will call customer service see what they can do. Door part #W10727110
