"Upon arrival checked the filter seemed clear. Put unit into a quick wash mode, unit filled then washed for a few minutes then drained and come up with iF0 error. Unit completed draining, then while door was open drain pump came back on and unit had an iF0 error again. Proceeded to remove drain hose, and shop vacuumed the line. Now when unit is powered on drain pump kicks on and keeps throwing iF0 error. Found water in basin but did not throw the i30 code like it should for leaks, drain pump kept kicking on. Pulled out unit part way left all hookups attached used small towel to remove water in basin. Noticed a clear hose i assume a pressure hose had cooking grease backup, removed hose and used cotton swabs to remove debris. Powered back on unit ran though a quick wash unit completed cycle without issue. The installation of this unit is right next to the stove, had to remove stove with customers help, whomever installed this used a 2x2Ó rectangle bloc

"Upon arrival took temperature fresh food section around 42-45 degrees and freezer around 22-27F. Fan was free and circulating in freezer section. Customer had already removed food. Called techlinen was escalated to master tech Andrew, file number 7725095686 he told me to just remove evap covers and put diagnostics into test 4 and that will force cooling for both frig and freezer section test last around 12-15 mins. I removed freezer evap cover took pictures evap was clear but ice block from upper right hand side where lines come in and bimetal. Ohm out heater ok, could not get continuity reading on bi-metal? Tested open, checked one lead on orange one back from unplugging wire harness to dark grey. Defrosted with steamer completely removed all traces of ice. Ran test 4 completely unit only frost up first few inches of evap. Suspect a restriction or low charge on the unit. Will need further sealed system diagnostics.; saved tckt"

Still getting frost buildup in and around top part of ceiling, unit leaking water in and around frig and on floor.customers home is deplorable, really nasty and filthy. Told customer remove out frig and cleaned behind and underneath and raise up front. As for doors appear to be sealing just fine, assume possible blockage in drain tube but im not crawling on the floor for this. Unit is cooling fine except for water leakage. Will call Frigidaire customer service about this issue.; schdld next appmnt for 9/3 TUE !"
