Upon arrival found unit freezing items in upper left side of fresh food section near damper. Ran diagnostics and found no codes. Ran damper and it isn’t fully closing. Removed and inspected. Found pivot arm of damper loose from door. Reassembled and ran to test. Damper functions as it should. All functions work as they should.

"F5E1 Long fill no fill, F8E1 lid open, F0E2 over suds, F2E1 stuck button, codes present. Ran unit in diagnostics and found no flow from cold and weak flow from hot. Found supply valve for cold shut and filter screen clogged on hot side. Turned valve on and cleaned screens. Ran unit in diagnostics again and have good flow. Lid lock works fine and all buttons function. Over suds condition was from too much detergent. Leveled unit and calibrated. Ran auto test and all ok. No more codes and unit will complete cycle. 6 years old in laundry room."
