Checked unit over and found right door harder to close than previous. Checked door and lowered adjuster down a bit and door closes easier but now it does not line up with other door. Unit is level and freezer door is installed properly. Doors aren’t flush at top but when you adjust it to be the door tightens up and doesn’t close properly. Checked cams and they are intact and not worn. Suspect new door is larger than original. Unit needs refrigerator door to match. Calling Lowes to get authorization since this is a callback. Lowes will not authorize further parts because this isn’t causing any functioning issues and is just an alignment/aesthetics issue. Will inform customer.

Upon arrival customer stated that unit will show the D90 error after a few loads. This is an air flow error. Customer cleaned the vent himself recently. Removed front to inspect blower wheel and housing. Wheel is tight and there are no blockages in the machine. Ran unit on timed dry in high heat with vent removed to test temperatures. Unit heats to 165 then cools down to 135 and cycles heat back on. Thermistor tests good at room temperature 9k ohms at 75. Hooked vent back up and ran to test. Unit ran for 5 minutes and began to show D95. Issue is with vent and advised customer to have it cleaned.

Drain pump is clear and free of debris. Unit was out of level to one side by 1/2”. Unit will have a hard time balancing out the load when it’s this far off. The unit will continue to tumble and extend the cycle to balance out the load. Leveled unit and advised customer to run and monitor. Otherwise I could not duplicate concern.

Tech tried to pull the unit out and was not able too. The electrician put a junction bot above the oven in the cabinet. Tech took cover off and notice that the wires have an aluminum wire front the house and has a bridge connection to the copper wire to from the oven. Tech spoke to the homeowner and did explain that we will not remove or break the connection. Tech advised to the customer that the electrician needs to leave 5-6 feet of wire behind the unit so unit can be removed from the wall.

"Customer states that the unit is not heating up. Tech pulled unit and found that on the stove on one leg of the unit was getting 120v and on the other leg was getting 120v but when check from hot to hot let I should be getting 240 I was getting 0. Tech did check at the plug to make sure it wasn’t the plug. Customer is calling warranty company, and they just had out an electrician."

"Upon arrival found frost cover evaporator cover. Thawed evaporator and put unit into forced defrost. Defrost circuit is good. Good voltage to heater and heater is hot to touch. Inspected door seal for damage, none found. Door glides are closing smoothly. No cracks in liner allowing air. Suspect door was left open partially allowing warm air in. Unit is cooling and all functions work as they should. Temps where off due to lack of air flow from frost build up. Ok per Joe."
