Upon arrival customer stated that unit wont fully drain. Inspected unit and found it an extra 3 of black rubber hose added on to factory drain hose. Removed extra line and ran to test. Unit is draining out fine now. Hose was too narrow and blocked with scale build up. Advised customer to run vinegar through unit to clean scale. Unit drains fine. All ok.
