She told tech that he brought in a leaf blower and clean it out. tech already adv customer that the dryer is noting but a leaf blower with a heater. "Upon arrival unit was unplugged. Plugged in unit, spun tub by hand seemed ok. Put unit into diagnostics, unit had an F7E6 error motor fault code. Let unit run through diagnostics, unit filled, agitated and drained and spun. Noticed when agitating unit wash plate and basket turned at the same time, like something was stuck. Found that the actuator was not disengaging unit out of spin mode. Replaced actuator, put through rests, unit checks ok.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock"

Checked unit over and found enamel on bottom pan peeling causing burning smell. Customer does not use liners and cleans up spills as soon as they happen. Poor enamel finish on bottom is causing odor. Light socket was loose in housing and not grounding circuit. Re-fitted socket and light works fine now. Unit needs bottom pan and baffle.; ordrng 1 W10670197 (baffle-btm) and 1 W11098799 (bottm-oven)
