"Upon arrival took temp readings freezer around -10 and frig around 41F. If i put the infrared beam to the vent hole areas im reading around 37 degree mark. Customer complaint seems frig should be cooler than it is. They purchased the unit in middle of May, and originally had the setting in the middle. From the beginning they have felt the unit is not cooling to proper temps. They then have the setting turned all the way up on the frig section. They have multiple thermometers in the unit... not all read entirely accurate but again with my infrared gun is what i used to take temps. Checked for any frost or ice build up in the unit and there was none. Unit not overly packed or anything. Unit appears to be cooling but again even at coldest setting should start freezing things in the frig. Called techline, had me put unit into diagnostics mode did not find any error codes. Explained everything in detail to tech, could possibly be a sealed system issue. W

"Customer states that the unit will not start. found that the thermal fuse was blown. Installed new fuse. Cycled unit test ok. Advised customer that they must have the house vent clean out. Actually run a snake/ brush thru the entire house vent. If the customer just puts their hand up the vent and clean it that way or a shop vac or a leaf blower, tech explain to the customer they are not doing anything but wasting their time. Advise customer do not use the dryer because it is a fire hazard. Customer understood that it is a fire hazard and adv tech they will not use the unit. ; pckd up 1 WE04X25196 (dryer thermostat)"
