"Customer said unit drips water into tub after wash. When i arrived no water was dripping from unit, and no water residue in the tub. Customer claims unit gets stuck in limbo and not spinning out maybe 2x a month. Ran unit in small light load, unit filled, agitated and drained and spin without issue. Unit was slightly out of level and i raised the right hand side. Talked to customer about the issue and explained about loading etc. Again after the wash test the unit was neither dripping or leaking. Unit checks ok."
