Arrived and found unit had multiple codes for out of balance loads and not being able to sense the correct load size. Unit had a software update that was supposed to help resolve at a balance and low size sensing. Ran update and ran unit through diagnostics. Unit spun and did all of the diagnostics test with no issues. Explained to the customer that on this particular unit larger loads will spin out better and clean better than smaller loads. The slight knocking their hearing when the unit starts to spin up is normal. That is the tub shifting back-and-forth as it balances out. Unit is functioning properly.

Inspected the unit and found the interior glass had shattered. Photos taken of damage. Glass panels are considered cosmetic and not covered underneath normal wear and tear except for the first seven days for the cosmetic warranty.
