This indicates evaporator not being defrosted properly. Tested defrost heater as well as both thermistors and they tested good. Put unit into forced defrost mode and found heater still would not heat up. Talked with customer about this issue. Gave customer quote for control board but informed them that there could be an issue with wiring. Discussed with customer the unit still did not make any abnormal noise while I was there and I could not pinpoint where it was coming from. Customer declined repair."
