Check unit over found that the unit needed a new idler. Replaced idler and greased rear rollers. Unit still making a bit of a squealing noise. Determined noise was coming from frame of dryer vibrating. Once dryer was shifted one direction or another the noise would stop. Tried adjusting all 4 feet to completely get rid of noise customer was that little noise intermittently. Instructed her to het some isolators for the feet which would help with the noise but nothing else we can do.; used 1 279640 (PULLEY) from stock

"Unit is in poor conditions.... customer has had another servicer out on unit multiple times, was able to get picture of last receipt on what parts were put on unit. Took temperature checks freezer was -2 and frig was between 37 and 42 depending on spot check. Unit appeared to be cooling and evap fan running. Notice frost build up around freezer door area however previous servicer claims to have put on a new door and seal? Also work order stated they replaced evap fan and control assembly and cold control in frig pic attached of work order. Customer has had issues with water not draining properly out of unit and at times into the frig itself. Notice the assembly not even fitted to where it should be unless screw holes are stripped?. Found the rubber hose coming from water valve on opposite end dripping slightly, will look to adjust and replace hose and fill area called inlet deflector and cover parts. Also ordering tub cover assembly and tub cover gasket, though at the time with no clothing loads was not able to reproduce any leaks around the tub; ordrng 1 202884 (INLET HOSE) and 1 202888 (TUB COVER ASSEMBLY) and 1 202894 (INLET COVER) and 1 202900 (INLET DEFLECTOR) and 1 38359 (gskt,tub cvr)"
