Tech put magnets on the top to show the air flow was coming out the vents and not sucking air in.Tech did adjust the ice maker bottom panel. Customer had another company out and they could not verify the rust spot on the back but did tell the customer it is possible the insulation broke down and it is possible that the Freon line is resting against the back wall. Tech advise the customer that he would not cut the back wall to prove it. but tech has seen it a couple of times and has called techline on this before.

Unit is 17 years old in kitchen. Upon arrival customer stated that water supply line had a pin hole in it that caused the leak. They shut the line off at the saddle fitting but it didn’t seal. Customer cut and removed line to stop leak. Before leak ice maker would intermittently make ice. Forced unit into cycle but ice maker would not respond. Checked and have proper voltage to the ice maker. Unit needs ice maker assembly. Customer is having water line replaced with braided steel line and new shut off. ; ordrng 1 D7824706Q (ice maker)
