All parts of previous service bulletin have been performed but since then Samsung has updated the bulletin to include more fixes. Advised customer of this. He isnÕt wanting unit repaired and wanting it replaced. Called VENDOR to update dispatch with info. Customer is calling VENDOR to try to get replaced. Advised customer IÕd proceed with parts order as if repair was going on. Unit needs service kit for ice maker. ; ordrng 1 DA82-02697A (IMK SVC KIT)
