Made adjustments to the suspension rods and advised the customer to make sure they are running even loads, and there is no heavy items with small items. Inspected the unit and cleaned with paper towel the pitcher and holding assembly area along with sensors. Ran about 10 cycles and it filled every time without issues. Unit has good water flow. No other service pointers noted through Samsungs website or service. Advised customer if the intermittent issues continue Samsung is unsure of what is causing the issue and recommends to clean down the pitcher and area. All other checks OK

"Inspected unit. When I arrived, the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in to test to see if the compressor will kick on the compressor was not kicking on at all. Was cold to touch. Fans were on and other lights and things were operational but both fridge and freezer are not cooling.
