"Customer claims unit display LC error code 3-4 times over a period of 2yrs since she owned it, however never noticed any water leaking onto the floor. Some water residue is seen on inner frame, possibly from too much soap or over sudsing. Checked old leak sensors were ok. Went ahead and replaced both sensors. Ran quick wash test on both units. Bottom unit ran without issue and no leaks. Top unit giving an 1dc4 error code which is the door switch for upper washer. STG app said to check the switch fo 0 to .3 ohms with the door closed and hitting the power button. I didnt get any continuity or reading. The latch definitely will not engage out however if pulled outward the unit will retract the latch. Will replace switch and latch; schdld next appmnt for 2/28 THU !"
