"Upon arrival unit is not cooling do to a defrost issue... temps where around upper 50s in fresh food section and 20s in freezer. Excess frost buildup. Removed door and drawers, tried to steam and remove evap,cover but so much buildup, having customer to unplug to thaw, will order parts and come back out.; ordrng 1 WR50X10069 (thermostat defrost) and 1 WR55X10025 (sensor,temp ff) and 1 WR55X30598 (board t main bf vs) and 1 WR60X10208 (blade evap fan asm)"

"Customer was getting E11 error code which is for when unit takes longer than expected to fill.... checked house water valves/pressure and hoses seemed ok. Had customer change them out months back. Low or blockage of water coming in, will replace valve and dispenser housing. Also supposed issue of leakage in and around door boot. Unit really molding around boot, used paper towels and cleaned out drain channels and from inner lip to tub to remove debris. Picks attached. Ran unit in normal wash cycle warm water, removed top and rear cover. Did not see anything leaking around tub, hoses, valves or dispenser... only leaking has to come from from between door and seal.; rqstng P&A on 1 5304514782 (LOWER DISPENSER HOUSING) and 1 5304514790 (VALVE ASSEMBLY) and 1 5304514794 (UPPER DISPENSER HOUSING)"
