Tech had a moving blanket and sliders under the unit. The moving blanket was bunched up and tech was laying on the ground reinstalling the board and bracket. The back right corner tap the counter drawer and a small piece of the facing of the drawer chip off.

Upon arrival customer stated that unit was getting a lot of condensation and frost across the top. This unit had previous issue with this and the cause was a humid basement. Last time advised customer to get a dehumidifier and they did. It recently failed though and the unit built up frost again due to all the moisture in the air. Customer has since replaced failed dehumidifier and frost has gone. Checked defrost circuit to verify it’s function. It’s working as it should. Frost build up was do to humid environment. All ok.
