This is the second lint screen customer has received from LG i decided to replace the cover and other parts, but still the unit parts are not within spec/tolerance. Looking downward at unit right hand side will slightly move upward and this is the customers complaint that shirts and such get snagged on this. They have to use a dryer sheet to manipulate and keep from snagging. I showed in great detail the situation to customer wife. I tried to manipulate and even shave some of the plastic down to try to get lint screen to seat better. Explained all to customer, she will try things out. "This is a Lowes extended warranty job. Have photos of receipts. Upon arrival found that dispenser light is inop. Bulb is bad but customer states that when you turn the light on with a new bulb the house breaker trips. Also stated that ice maker is slow to fill bucket. Power to light and harness is good. Switch board is shorted causing breaker to trip. Ice maker is slow to produce ice and fill bucket because it isn’t getting the proper air flow to make ice faster. Guide for air was removed by a previous service. Installed guide that customer had kept. Ice maker cycles fine. Water level was low. Installed new water filter for customer and level was better. Unit needs bulb, bulb socket, and switch board. ; ordrng 1 240548901 (socket) and 1 241679101 (switch) and 1 241689401 (bulb-lamp)"

Upon arrival found unit plugged in and running. Customer states weak cooling in freezer and none in fridge. Evaporator cover is frosted over. Thawed cover and removed to inspect. Found that unit has had evaporator replaced at some point in the past and when it was replaced the liner was damaged. Liner has large cracks and melted areas. This is allowing warm air and moisture in. These are not repairable. Advised customer that unit is not worth fixing. Please mail out invoice.

"Customer claims since they had the unit, the past two weeks 3 different times when using the front left burner they claim they can feel heat on the front right burner but have never notice the element ever come on or glow. I tested by turning on the front left first single then dual element and right front burner did get-a bit warmer but not hot to the touch, but warmer than the rear elements. Proceeded to turn-on the right front burner each element worked ok... let unit cool back down and proceeded to check left front side again. Told customer to track what type of pot or pan she is using and heat setting etc. and or only cook on the right then check to,see if heat transfer to the left. I dont believe there is any issue with the unit, but merely heat transfer across the glass.... this time i checked using my infrared gun the left heated up to almost 7-800 degrees then cycled off.... the temp at center right front read around 115F-120 the rear burners
