"Checked over unit, the unit is dispensing water every time. Checked removed upper door cover assembly checked all electrical connections, and main wiring harness and reed switches. Moved and adjusted to try and see if i can find any short none, worked dispenser while opening and closing each door and it properly stopped and started ok. Asked customer about age of saddle valve on water supply, he said rather old never been changed at least 10 years or more... Suggested to replace so customer is going to get a sharkbite and change out the valve. Connected off cold side of soft water off softener. Read through other service notes and pointers per stg app... will do some further research on unit until then and customer will get back to see if the saddle valve fixes issue.; saved tckt"

"Customer unit is a wall oven combo, customer claimed around a week ago, power went out and in morning it read F5E1 error code. Customer claims unit is 10yrs old and self cleans about once per year. Once customer flipped breaker the code went away and was only able to run microwave for about 30 secs. Customer had another servicer came out 5-8 and claimed they called techline, did a few things from control panel... was able to use microwave for couple of minutes, but when tried to use oven self cleaning, would not lock latch and throw error code. Upon arrival unit was able to work and heat properly, and self cleaning feature was also working, tried multiple times to get the unit to act up but did not. Told customer to continue to use and let us know. If callback would like second man and oven cart to pull out unit as customer stated unit is sitting down and in the cabinetry probably difficult to remove."

"Unit is not cooling in either fresh food or freezer section. Customer claims unit just went out all of a sudden and not cooling since. Customer originally called another servicer and diagnosed as compressor issue as well but they claimed they did not do warranty work. Lights and fans are running, compressor is not running. Connected amp and watt meter only pulling .13 amps or 5 watt draw. Unit had display of 84 on left and E on right error code. Compressor is cold to the touch, condenser fan is running. The inverter board red led is flashing. Called techline, checked ohm values of compressor for 14ohms across all 3 pairs. Tech said will need to get new compressor, dryer filter, and inverter board; rqstng P&A on 1 DA62-04309B (DRYER FILTER) and 1 DA93-00215R (INVERTER BOARD) and 1 MSV/72ALZ1/SM1 (COMPRESSOR)"

Replaced touchpad pad and shorted wires. Checks ok. Unit had to be completely removed out of the counter and disconnected. Removed bottom half of unit and completely disconnected control and reconnected on to new touchpad. Required second tech to do repair. Checks ok.
