"Customer showed me item that melted on the top rack without using hi temp wash or sanitize. Ran diagnostics; F6E4, F8E2 codes present. F6E4 refers to float switch open, F8E2 refers to electric problems in the drain circuit. In service mode unit fills and drains fine. No loose connections on either. Float switch operates as it should. Checked for debris in float switch and drain. All ok. Control did not sense machine being empty and proceeded on with the cycle causing item to overheat and melt. Checked unit over found that the unit is leaking water from the front right corner on the bottom of the refrigerator. Unit had already been silicone and sealed up once. Removed silicone and resealed and unit still leaked. Unit is non repairable due to it being a cabinet issues. Allowing warm air in and building up condensation and leaking on the ground. "Upon arrival to customer home was informed by customer that unit just had power restored Sunday June 2nd due to recent tornado that came through area and knocked out power for about a week. Upon tech checking unit, found that both sides were operating just fine, the product that was in fridge has been there all week while power was out. "Put unit in express wash mode, unit filled and washed for several minutes. Canceled and unit is draining but making noise. Checked for any blockages in sump and drain pump area. Cleared some debris, checked drain hose, etc. Put unit into diagnostic mode run for 7 minutes and through all 6 cycles. Test completed without had OE error. Ohmed out drain pump, found out of spec.
