REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FFHS2611PFEA Have photos of large crack in freezer and smaller cracks in fresh food section. Ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice because auger motor was locked up. Freed up auger and ice dispenses. Unit needs patch kit for liner and auger motor. Calling AHS to get additional authorization. According to AHS this contract has not started yet. Not sure how we got a dispatch for it if it wasn’t started. First trip was under autho limit so we didn’t call in but submitted online. Agent is figuring out how we will get paid for first trip and parts. They will call back with info. They will contact customer to discuss contract.

DRYER GE GTD65EBSJ2WS Upon arrival found unit making a vibrating noise from the left front. Unit isn’t level and legs are bent in. Straightened legs and leveled unit as best as possible. Noise is still present. Noise is from the tensioner vibrating against the cabinet. Tensioner isn’t loose. Bottom is dented in by blower housing. Cannot straighten out enough to stop vibration. Unit operates as it should. Noise isn’t causing issues with operation. Calling Aaron’s to inform.
