REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE FRS23LH5DSS Upon arrival customer stated that unit makes ice but is very sluggish to produce. They have change the water filter out twice but this did not help. Ice maker made 2 trays worth of ice over the long weekend. Forced ice maker into cycle to test operation. Ice maker had ice in mold when cycle began. Ice maker is very very sluggish to cycle. Ice maker has a intermittent dead spot causing no ice production. Installed new ice maker and cycled to test. All ok. Advised customer ice bucket should be full in 36-48 hours and to dispose of first full bucket. ; used 1 241798224 (ICE MAKER) from stock

DISHWASHER BOSCH SHE3AR76UC/26 Upon arrival found unit showing E25 error. Pump blocked or cover missing error. Removed screen and inspected sump. Cover is installed properly no signs of blockages. Removed pump from sump to inspect. Found glass wedged in impeller. Drain hose is clear from unit to sink. Forced unit into drain to see if pump is getting voltage and moving. Pump has correct voltage to it and impeller is moving. Reassembled and ran unit in express wash to test. Unit is drawing in as it should. All ok.

Removed door, thawed ice from bottom, removed evaporator cover, found defrost drain clogged. Thawed ice from drain and cleared with steamer. Drain would not clear. Pulled unit and removed drain tube. Found tube clogged with mildew and broken glass. Cleared tube and reinstalled. Installed heater wire inside. Verified drain is clear. Door shuts full now and is sealing nicely. All ok."
