Customers ice maker support broke. Ice maker was hanging. Whirlpool does not make that bracket for the ice maker it comes with a whirlpool ice maker kit. Removed the bracket from the ice maker kit. Installed new bracket . Test ok.

Customer states that the ice was build up around the back of the ice maker and the customer has to keep breaking up the ice. Remove the ice maker and thawed out the ice build up. Did show the customer that the gap between the ice container and the ice room. Explain why ice was getting caught.
