Found small amount of ice build up around damper door. Cleared ice and damper opens and closes fine. Checked unit for air leakage that would draw in moisture. Found freezer door not fully sealing at bottom. Glides have frost built up in them keeping the drawer from closing fully. Cleared glides and door seals fine now. No more air leaks. Unit is cooling fine. Frost build up on glides was from keeping door open on previous service.

Ran unit in normal wash mode. Checked make sure filling washing ok, no leaks internal or external. Upon canceling and draining the unit, found water would start to back up in the sink. Customer has a plumbing issue to resolve as it drains slowly, more than likely causing other issues with unit. Explained to customer about loading of dishes and to not open door very far on these units as the water from inside will go down into the base. Checked inlet flow, tighten cap on inside of tub basin. Found door adjuster off one tooth on right hand side. Upon removing freezer baskets noticed the bottom one was not in place correctly. Had to rotate 180 degrees to,match the notch in railing. Suspect this and other things causing the unit bottom door not to seal properly. Unit has 3rd middle drawer in freezer as well, customer primarily uses this drawer not the bottom. Checked to make sure doors are sealing ok. Told customer to continue to monitor."

"Customer noted for a few months now unit was making a humming noise. Put unit into a express wash, unit filled and washed without issue and was quiet. Only when upon canceling into a drain noted the drain pump is humming and checked by placing my hand over to feel. Unit is draining ok, i did check screen filter and clean but not overly dirty. Drain hose appears ok. Customer did get an E-24 error one time which means drain error. I could not replicate the error code upon testing. Created and saved estimate, in system for customer, they are going to monitor and think about the repair. Collected service call fee."
