Continued to let unit cycle for another 10 mins, took another reading at 372F. Continued to monitor temp readings a bit high. Proceeded to calibrate per samsung bulletin and decreased by 20 degrees. Let oven cycle again and took temp readings now spot on for cookie sheet. Proceeded to 400F unit checks ok, no run away heat. Collected check from customers mother."

Possibly from leaving door open? Unit has been randomly beeping according to past couple of weeks. While inspecting, noticed seemed unit just shut off for a few then back on. Temps in freezer around 18F and 53F in frig. Checked Service matters, pulled up bulletin W11033419D and read through various issues and changes. First off in service mode test 128 found control not up to the 7.0.0 revision or newer. Will need to order new Main control. Next, upon having to remove frig evap cover and check thermistor, ordering as assembly. As for freezer drawer railing checked per bulletin unit needs updated with latest design revision. Customer has spare frig and freezer in garage. Will look to transfer food as needed, told customer upon coming back out to have unit unplugg
