Installer did not install a stress clamp onto the electrical box on the dishwasher. Tech had to remove several inches of wire and recut the house electrical and installed a new stress clamp. Rewire the power onto the unit wire harness. Unit did not have the mounting bracket on the dishwasher. Unit was pulled out a couple of inches. Tech does want to do some test with the customer before throwing on a water valve. Service call fee good for 30 days

"Changed out parts, ran unit in heated time dry. Unit is tumbling and heating ok, squeaking noise is gone however still has slight rumble noise to it. Unit was extremely full of lint for no longer than they had it. Told husband to make sure that lint screen is cleaned after every load, i went ahead and vacuumed out unit and in bulkhead and blower wheel housing. Told customer to run unit and check to make sure the dryer is venting through the roof properly, however customer never stated problems heating or drying. Both washer and dryer are on pedestals assume some of the noise attributed to being on these pedestals. Unit checks ok."

"Upon arrival unit door latch is broken on door, you have to hold door closed to run unit, appears they have been taping it closed. Put unit into a time high heat cycle unit is heating and venting, only let it run a few minutes. Customer claims unit produces E64 error code after about 5 minutes. Unit also needs new rollers and overall unit is in poor condition. Pics taken. Gave estimate for repairs, customer declined, will look to find another used or refurbished unit. Collected service call fee."
