"Put unit into auto diagnostics mode, there is a definite noise coming from transmission. Put unit into a quick wash to fill, and agitate with customer checked numerous times found water seeping from transmission shaft. Drained water, removed agitator bolt, pulled off plate and with it came the hole transmission shaft out of unit. Explained to customer details, this unit is around 4yrs old and has been worked on multiple times from other servicers and us. There is significant corrosion on all the components underneath motor, actuator, capacitor etc and will continue to rust over time. Highly advise to replace all parts otherwise future issue down the road.
