"Checks temps around 38 in frig and 33 in the drawers, 0F in freezer. Settings on control are 38 and 0F. Pulled tech sheet, went through every diagnostic test on the sheet, everything checked out ok. Even made sure fans turned on and off as tested and made sure the dampener open and closed all the way as tested. Thermistor readings appeared to be ok from comparing readings vs my infrared readings. Called techline, he had me check for any air leaks while dampener was closed, checked ok. Then proceeded to check thermistor on side of unit, removed and placed in cup of ice and water submerged 32F then check for ohm reading on J6 connector across both grey wires with black stripe checked in range. Explained to daughter in ho,e about not placing anything that can freeze close by the far back and near the vents like the yogurt. Checked food in drawers and deli and did not notice anything frozen at that time. Unit checks ok."

Compressor not running condenser fan is running. Called techline, found no errors but proceeded to force compressor on through controls, would not come on unit still at .83 amps. Tech claims compressor must be locked up and will need replaced.
