Customer states that he unit is not heating all the time. When tech came back in the unit was heating. Tech did replace the thermal fuse and when he cycled the unit he found that the customer was not getting proper power to the unit. seems like she is getting intermittent power to the unit. ; pckd up 1 3390719 (thermal fuse)

Upon arrival found unit plugged in and running. Temps in fresh food side are around 60. Freezer section is good with temp set at -2 and reading at 0. Put unit into diagnostics and found 22E error code. Code is for a fresh food fan error. Checked and found correct voltage from board but no operation of fan. Unit needs evap cover with motor.; ordrng 1 DA97-08724N (EVAP MOTOR & COVER ASSY. )

"Upon arrival found unit plugged in and would run but no heat. Checked and found heater shorted open. Also found idler pulley worn/locked up. Replaced heater and idler. Ran to test. Unit heats as it should. Front door plexiglass is broken. Advised customer I’d see if part would be covered by warranty if not I’d call with retail cost. ; rqstng P&A on 1 DC97-15975E (DOOR ASSEMBLY ), used 1 DC93-00634A (IDLER PULLEY), and 1 DC97-14486A (ELEMENT) from stock"
