Customer states that the unit is not filling with water.. tech did explain to customer how the unit senses the load size... customer also states that the unit is leaving blue marks on the clothes. States that the unit is making a grinding noise while agitation. Looked at the dryer and noticed that the dryer drum was blue from the dye of the jeans. But customer states that he has noticed it from the washer. Due to the washer in a plastic tub tech could not get the unit out to look underneath the unit without cracking the tub.
