"Went out on call 4-23-19 pm. Unit was running with fans and lights but not compressor. Checked temps both freezer and frig were 60 degrees. Customer claimed it just started to not cool that afternoon and was cooling just fine prior Week after parts replaced. Plugged in watt meter again, checked by manually cycling defrost timer seems to be working properly, checked cold control and is also shutting off unit properly. After multiple tries of cycling compressor on/off... given that letting compressor shut off a few minutes before trying to cycle power again. You can hear the power switch in the relay click and drawing upwards of 5-6 amps or so then back down to less than an amp, compressor not coming on. Unplugging unit a couple of times then was able to get compressor to come on. Talked with Chris and per GE going to route of compressor as defrost timer, relay, cold control have all been changed prior. ; ordrng 1 WR87X20936 (COMPRESSOR)"
