Harness is good. Ran unit in timed dry on high heat to watch temps cycle. Unit gets to 220 before it shuts off. Thermistor isn’t reading properly. Unit is cycling off of high limit thermostat and not the thermistor. Replaced thermistor and ran to test. Unit is cycling correctly now. All ok.

REFRIGERATOR GE PFCS1RKZASS Customer steals that the unit is not going into defrost.. Found that the door was not closing properly. Inspect the gasket and noticed a lot of ice build up and once tech removed all of the ice door closed fine. Tech did notice that the door gasket was not seated all the way. Tech went around several times and reseated the freezer gasket..

WASHER SAMSUNG WF330ANW/XAA "Unit is 9 years old in laundry room. Unit showing 3e when it attempts to spin. 3e is a motor fault. Upon arrival found signs of spin basket sagging. Spin basket has a large amount of play. Removed rear inspection plate. Motor is tight, motor harness is good, and so is hall sensor. Unit won’t spin because the spin basket has broke free from the flange. Tub is dragging. Unit needs spin basket and o-ring. Customer does not wish to repair due to cost."

Did take the back off the around the compressor to make sure the drain hose was connected and it was. Inspect the gasket.. unit is sealing up.
