Ran several test with the water valves and drainage and found no issues or no leaking. Tried filling the fabric softener and it also was not leaking. Ran a third cycle and filled the tub halfway up and a pond draining it sounded like maybe the standpipe at the back was not draining properly. Advise customer to run a cycle and keep an eye on the standpipe at the back of the unit to make sure it is not backing up and coming out of the plumbing. Check OK

Check the burner, safety switches and found that the burner safety switches are not turning on. The parts are no longer available due to the age of the unit. Check OK"
