Remove the hot and cold water lines and found some type of filter system attached to the lines, photo attached. Cleared the line and filter for water valves and reattach lines and ran another test cycle and while diagnostics found the water pressure sensor test is coming back as a failure indicating the unit is not getting enough water into the washing machine. The customer advised that the installers are supposed to install new waterlines onto the unit and advised these were very old waterlines and are probably blocked causing poor water flow to the unit. Advised the customer to reach back out to the retailer regarding them installing the proper waterlines."

Check out the unit and found the unit spinning out of balance. Recalibrated the tub and ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit completely with no issues. The basket is starting to become hard to turn due to possible bearings in the tub going out. Unit is in pretty rough shape and it is approximately 10+ years old. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found that some floor cleaner had accidentally got put in the dishwasher. Went through and rinse the floor cleaner out and ran a test cycle. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and customer stated the unit would shake back-and-forth. Customer also had wood underneath the unit which is causing it to sit unbalanced. Removed the wood and leveled out the unit. Ran a calibration on the tub and set it to factory settings. Unit is approximately 10 to 15 years old Check OK

Checked out the unit and customer stated it just stopped and they couldnt get the unit to start back up and the lid just locked on its own. Checked out error codes and found a F9E1 error code and ran it through diagnostics and the unit had no issues. Recalibrated the unit and ran two separate drain cycles in the unit drained with no issues. Checks OK

"Checked out the unit and found a large amount of lint buildup inside the lint housing and also the blower fan which is causing a loud noise and the unit not to drive properly. The door also would not close properly due to the amount of lint buildup, and the door hinges are opening pastor point of operation due to weight being pressed on the door. Called and talked to the warranty company regarding the issues. Advise a customer to reach out to the warranty company regarding any further questions Case #22732102"
