Talked with the customer and the washer still doesnt seem like its washing correctly and getting the clothes clean. We ran a test cycle on the unit runs all the way through the entire cycle without stopping and no error codes in the unit which indicates no mechanical failure. Advised customer to try to use some vinegar and cleaning tablets to help clean out the mold and mildew that has buildup in between the two tubs. Talked with the warranty company and there is nothing they can do due to this being what they consider customer negligence on cleaning the unit.

Inspect the unit and found that the compressor was not engaging and all fans were working. Removed the back panel off the refrigerator and found some damage at the bottom right corner of the refrigerator. Found that the start relay was not engaging and was not connected all the way to the compressor. Made adjustments to the start relay and the compressor was running and started to cool the unit properly. Check OK

"Inspected the unit and found that the drain pump was running constantly when plugged up. Also, the door was locked and I was unable to get the display to light up at all. "Inspected the unit and during the spin cycle, you could hear a loud grinding noise coming from the gear case. The bearings are damaged and grinding. This has caused other issues like excessive shaking on the suspension and the door bellow. Unit needs a new tub assembly. Not a recommended repair, possible other issues yet to be discovered. "Inspected and tested unit even put dishwasher under diagnostic I could not get any intervals whatsoever cannot get anything to operate. I checked the door switch to make sure the door switch was good door switch had continuity was working as a switch was engaged at continuity when it wasnt engaged, we didnt have continuity. Checked unit over found that there was pitting on the inside of the microwave cabinet. This was causing the unit to spark and short out the magnetron. This is not repairable because the cabinet is not replaceable. Unit is 5 to 7 years old located in the kitchen. Unit does not have a model and serial tag.
