Installed new parts. Customer had called speed queen customer service about thumping noise in the roller wheels and got a ticket number for me to give to tech support. Called tech line and gave them the information regarding this unit. He stated quality control has been looped in regarding this issue and a field bulletin will be out when things are figured out on the back end and does not recommend further part replacement currently for this issue. All checks ok.

Inspected the freezer tested compressor windings start whining 14 ohms run winding 17 ohms and 24 ohms across. removed cover from evaporator and found a pin out on the wiring harness for the evaporator fan and also found the defrost heater deformed. Unit is working for now.
