"Checked out the unit and customer had issues where it would beep and tell her to clean the vent. Checked all sensors inside the dryer and did an airflow test and found it. There was some restrictions. Remove the vent line off the back and cut about 3 feet out of the vent line and reattached. Ran another test cycle and advised the customer that if the issue continues, she will need to have her vents inspected and told her if it continues to have the property management company remove the vent line and run it with no vent attached to see if it continues to have issues. "Inspected unit, found the unit was not getting the proper water flow in the cold line. Took hose off, cleared sediment from line. "Checked out the unit and found multiple error, codes, all revolving around the actuator and motor. Removed the waterlines and cleared out debris inside the inlet screens. The unit was getting water, but was not shifting. Tilted the unit back and found that the actuator and motor both had rust buildup on it which indicates water damage. The actuator and motor both would not respond. Called and talked to the warranty company regarding the issues and they are not proceeding further Auth #134"

Informed customer unit is likely getting an intermittent stuck relay causing one of the elements to come on and not cycle properly. Gave customer quote for control board and overlay replacement. Inspected unit and found the unit not cooling at all. Found nothing running. Unplugged unit to reset it and plugged unit back in. Found condenser fan would not run unless I turned the blades by hand first. Informed customer that unit would need the fan at least but unit could have further issues that I cant see yet with it not staying running. Customer wants time to think about repair.
