Removed the ice maker and recalibrated it. Also made adjustments to the fill tube to make sure it was not over filling. Reassembled the unit and advised customer to give it 24-48 hours for the ice maker to start making consistent ice. Checks ok

Inspected unit and found the unit working properly. I had no issues starting up the different cycles on the unit. Started both upper and lower oven and had them preheat. Both preheated in proper time. Used multimeter thermocouple and showed customer temps of both ovens and both were accurate. Could not find fault with either oven. Customer to call back if unit shows more problems.
